For Play2Learn Conference there are four possible ways to submit contributions:
Abstract Submission(Mandatory): All the authors must submit an abstract, following the defined guidelines (see below), until 31 of January 2018 (UTC+23:55), in order to be eligible to present at the conference;
Full Paper Submission (Optional): For accepted abstracts and in order to be considered for publishing, authors must also submit a full paper, following the defined guidelines (see below), until 31 of January 2018 (UTC+23:55).
Poster Submission: All the poster authors must submit an abstract, following the defined guidelines for abstracts (see below), until 19 of November 2017. Authors must also indicate their willing to present the paper as a poster, in the submission form.
Non-Academic or Practitioner Contributions: Contributions from individuals and organisations working in the field are welcome. These contributions can take the form of a presentation or a demonstration. Authors must follow the guidelines for Abstract Submission (see below). The abstract must contain a brief description of the work to be presented and the presentation objectives.
The deadline for abstract submission is 31 of January 2018;
All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English
Abstracts should be based on one or more of the topics listed in the call for papers and can describe a wide range of research designs, including empirical or theoretical studies
Abstracts may not have more than 500 words
Abstracts must contain between 3 and 5 Keywords
The abstract should contain the general theme, the problem, the objectives, the methodology and the main conclusions.
Possible references or abbreviations in the abstract must follow APA (American Psychological Association) style guidelines.
Full Paper Submission
If your abstract has been accepted, you have the option to submit your final paper until 31 of January 2018
The final paper length should be between 30000 and 40000 characters. (including references)
All papers must be submitted and presented in English;
Font: Times New Roman, size 12;
Space 1.5 justified on both margins not less than 3 cm
Quotes from 4 lines should contain single spacing, left indent and 4cm straight, and font 11;
The notes should be at the end of the text (Times New Roman, 10, single spacing);
Articles must have a minimum of 30,000 and a maximum of 40,000 characters (with spaces) including the abstract, graphics, tables, images, endnotes and bibliographical references;
The number of Bibliographic References must not exceed 25.
All the references must follow APA Style Guidelines. Citations must be inserted in the text following the same guidelines;

To ensure that the blind review process adheres to all ethical and confidentiality standards, be sure to remove all references in the submission documents that could identify the authors (names, locations, universities, institutions, etc.) before submission.
